Gilling Dod Interior Design are proud to have been appointed to the Housing & Care 21 (HC21) Interior Design Framework.
The framework covers new build schemes across all Counties of Central England and we are delighted to have been successful in all regional lots: North, South & Central.
The framework will run for 5 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
We are looking forward to working with HC21 and their wider teams, developing new collaborative relationships and assisting them in delivering their exciting new schemes.
Housing & Care 21 is a social enterprise for older people and is a major supplier of retirement & extra care housing. As one of the largest care providers in England, they deliver 80,000 hours of home care each week, constantly developing new services that meet the needs of older people and their communities.
