West Cumberland Hospital back on course

As a result of the Coalition Government’s review of expenditure last summer, the NWDA was disbanded and as a result some of the funding for the new West Cumberland Hospital was withdrawn, obliging the Trust and team to reconsider redesigning to fit the revised budget. This has led to some disruption in the overall design process, but we are back on course with a revised scheme, which is now being progressed.
