3 Shires Mental Health PFI handed over

The last part of the 3 shires batched Mental Health PFI has now been handed over to the client.

The £20m development on the Kingsway site in Derby provides inpatient mental health accommodation for 60 older persons with Dementia and mobility issues.

There is also an extensive support services building which provides all the FM and Therapy services for the development.
