What We Did
New business park comprising 6No semi detached hybrid business units, 10 semi detached office units over a total development area of 64,500sq ft.
The speculatively built offices are fitted to a high standard, suspended ceilings with recessed lighting, full access raised floors carpets throughout and complete with lifts to be fully DDA compliant. Toilet facilities are provided to each floor level facilitating easy sub division of the accommodation if required. All units have been designed with dedicated car parking facilities immediately adjacent. The units received a very good BREEAM rating.
The hybrid units comprise basic workshop facilities at ground floor and fully fitted office accommodation at first floor. The units were designed with secure service yards to the rear.
The site was seen by Halton Borough Council as a key development to launch the new Widnes Waterfront Development area.
