A new medical centre to replace outdated facilities providing accommodation for two GP practices and primary care trust community services together with a pharmacy and opticians.

The two storey development provides clinical and consulting rooms at ground floor and administration offices at first floor. The large entrance and waiting area containing the two doctor’s registration areas leads through to two wings housing the consulting rooms and treatment areas. The pharmacy and opticians have independent access but can also be accessed internally from the GP waiting areas which in turn link with the community areas. The PCT has its own accommodation in a third wing with direct access from Woodside Road and can also be accessed from the GP waiting area. The first floor provides administration offices, plant room and multifunctional meeting rooms. The total development is approximately 1940sqm.
