Job: Experienced Revit Architectural Technician

Gilling Dod Architects are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician with Revit experience to join our healthcare team based at our Chorley office working on a large hospital redevelopment project. The successful candidate will need to be a highly competent Revit Architectural Technician who can produce 3D visualisations and sketches. This is a contract position which may lead to a permanent contract for the right individual.

Job Description Duties/Responsibilities and Requirements

• Undertaking technical 3D Visualisations & basic sketching for a major Healthcare project.
• Working closely with the principal designers to facilitate Architectural design.
• Preparing and co-ordinating specifications in accordance with the approved industry standards.
• Fully up to speed with the latest versions of REVIT (Architecture).
• A range of experience in design for large building schemes.
• Healthcare related development experience is an advantage.
• Competent Revit Architectural Technician.
