Funding approval for the McGuiness Unit

The new £9 Million McGuiness Adolescent Mental Health Unit in Prestwich for The Greater Manchester West Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust has recently received funding approval. The project has now progressed to RIBA stage D for design development and is due to start on site January 2012. The scheme will be delivered via the Procure21+ National Framework with IHP (Integrated Health Partnerships) as the Principal Supply Chain Partner.
