This mixed used residential scheme consists of 116 apartments over ground floor retail with 100% parking, service areas and private roof gardens on top of the podium. We addressed issues as diverse as traffic impact, the effect on Hamilton Square conservation area and the buildings impact on adjacent low rise listed buildings. We believe this scheme will act as a catalyst for the wider regeneration of Birkenhead town centre as well as creating a stunning contemporary building.
