Gilling Dod were appointed by the Mansion Group to provide client requirement documentation for a new build management suite to service a 300+student accommodation complex. Gilling Dod were subsequently novated to the successful design and build contractor, Skyline Property Solutions to develop the scheme design, prepare working drawings and supervise on site. Gilling Dod Interiors were also appointed to advise on suitable furniture, fittings and decor for the final scheme.
