Gilling Dod were appointed to develop an existing concept design for the shell of a new build regional Sorting Centre with a 183,00 sq ft area for The Royal Mail. The scheme was delivered under a Design & Build contract with Kajima as the main contractor.

The contract included substantial external works including Landscaping, car parking, and delivery bays and manoeuvring space.
