Gilling Dod were Architect and Client’s agents for a new development at The Wirral International Business Park providing high quality factory units.

The development was undertaken over three phases and provided factory units ranging from 3,500sq ft to 25,000sq ft with a total development area of 132,000sq ft with the last phase complete in 2007. The development of twelve units which included circa 10% of office accommodation were complete with connections to all main services and had generous on-site car parking provision.
